Weekend Eating

So we went to our friend's house in Dallas yesterday for a cookout by the pool. I was very self conscious about my bathing suit of course. Yet, that did not stop me from eating. I ate all day long, as well as had a few beverages. Then today wasn't much better, breakfast burrito for breakfast, burrito for lunch. Then about a cup of peanut butter and some granola for a snack. My tummy is not happy with me. I am ready to get back to my healthy lifestyle tomorrow. I definatley need to be on a schedule. On the bright side, we went to Central Market today, and I bought another bag of PopChips, Puffins PeanutButter Cereal, Almond Breeze, and some Chocolate Chip cookie dough protein powder. I can't wait to get back to normal so I can use it all. I will keep you posted on dinner and how everything tastes. Right now it looks like Curtis is making fajitas for dinner...we shall see! Please wish me luck on getting back on track this week, I need some inspiration!!

First Post

So this is my first post. Still trying to get used to things. I decided to start blogging to keep my accountable more than anything. Over the last few months I have become obsessed with the health and fitness blogs that I have found online. These blogs have taught me that balance is so important and given me ideas and recipes. I enjoy reading them and hope that I can be an inspiration to my readers, just as the bloggers that I follow have been to me. I will start photographing my meals as well as blogging about my exercise. Please feel free to leave comments or ideas. I would love to hear what anyone has to say!!
